1. How do I place an order?
We offer three easy ways to order/request for quotation:
- Use the Request for Quotation form, assuming you already have our catalog.
- Order By Phone: 512-671-7627 (Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST)
- Fax Your Order/Quotation: 512-671-7577 (24 hours a day)
2. I would like pricing on your products, how do I get pricing?
We can customize a price list for you. You may contact us and let us know what products you are interested in and the quantity you use and we can determine your pricing. We also have a catalog that we can send you that has a listing of our products that we carry. The catalog does not have pricing in it, but you can determine from that which products you would like to have pricing on.

3. How much do I have to order for delivery?
Free Next Day delivery applies to any orders totaling $50.00 or more and the customer must be within our Austin delivery area. For rates on all other deliveries, please contact our customer service department.

4. How is your pricing compared to Sam's or Wal-Mart?
We are VERY price competitive with other retail chain stores. The PLUS of ordering your supplies from Janitor's Warehouse is that we can DELIVER the products to your door. This keeps you and your employees at your office or home instead of in traffic or in long lines at the store for those supplies.

5. Do you sell to the public or strictly businesses?
We sell to anyone. We have a showroom located at 3910 Gattis School Rd in Round Rock, Texas where you can view actual products and make purchases at the front counter. You may also call in your orders for delivery or pick up.

6. How do I set up and account?
You may set up an account on a C.O.D (cash on delivery) or NET 30 Credit account basis.We accept credit cards as well as checks, cash, money orders at delivery. If you would like to set up a credit account, we could send you a credit application.
